We're looking for a property to buy in The Auvergne (Allier, Puy de Dôme, Cantal of Haute Loire)
We are looking for a property in The Auvergne (Allier, Puy de Dôme, Cantal or Haute Loire). Our maximum budget is €250.000,-, but in that case we should be able to move in directly. The minimum surface area should be 5 acres (about 2 hectares) because we are going to start a Bed and Breakfast (Chambres d’Hôtes) / gites and a camping.
We have seen lots of properties various locations, but we haven't found our ultimate spot yet. But we are determined and convinced about the fact that we are going to find our dream spot very soon!
Depending on how the object is situated and the altitude of the property we are going to welcome naturists in the high season. Therefore, we are looking for a private spot that is suitable for practicing naturism. It's obvious that we don't want neighbours or view from public roads. Besides that, we are looking for a location in quiet surroundings, preferably with a lake, a pond or a river present on the property.
